AUTHOR GUIDELINES
Author Guidelines – Journal of Computing and Numerical Sciences
Author Policies
Please review the following journal policies before submitting your manuscript. These policies provide important information regarding publication ethics, copyright, data sharing, AI usage, archiving, and other editorial requirements.
Scope and Focus
We invite high-quality original research articles and review papers across all areas of Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Technology, and Statistics. Interdisciplinary contributions are highly encouraged.
Manuscript Types
At this stage, we accept only: Research Articles, typically 6,000 to 10,000 words, presenting original findings, and Review Papers, comprehensive surveys of the field, usually 8,000 to 12,000 words. As the journal grows, we will introduce other formats such as short communications.
Manuscript Submission
Please submit your manuscript directly via email to [your-journal-email@example.com]. In your email, include the manuscript, a cover letter, and author details.
Manuscript Format
Use our provided LaTeX or Word templates, available on request via email. Ensure the manuscript includes a clear title, abstract of 150–250 words, keywords 4–6, and structured sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion.
Review Process
We follow a double-blind peer-review process in which the identities of both authors and reviewers are concealed throughout the review process. Manuscripts are evaluated based on academic merit, originality, and relevance to the journal's scope.
Referencing Style
We follow the IEEE referencing style. Ensure all citations are accurate and complete.
Ethical Compliance
All submissions must adhere to ethical standards outlined by the Higher Education Commission (HEC) of Pakistan. Authors must disclose any conflicts of interest. Research involving human subjects must follow ethical protocols.
