Become a Reviewer

The Journal of Computing and Numerical Sciences (JCNS) invites qualified researchers, academicians, and industry experts to join our panel of reviewers. As a peer-reviewed, refereed journal, JCNS relies on the expertise and commitment of reviewers to ensure the quality, integrity, and relevance of published research.

Serving as a reviewer provides an opportunity to contribute to the advancement of knowledge in computing and numerical sciences while staying updated with the latest research developments.

Roles and Responsibilities

Reviewers are expected to

• Evaluate manuscripts based on originality, technical quality, clarity, and relevance
• Provide constructive and unbiased feedback to authors
• Maintain confidentiality of submitted manuscripts
• Identify ethical concerns such as plagiarism or duplicate submissions
• Submit reviews within the specified time frame

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

• Hold a PhD or equivalent qualification in a relevant field, or be near completion
• Have a strong research background in computing, numerical sciences, or related disciplines
• Possess at least 2–3 publications in reputable journals or conferences
• Demonstrate expertise in one or more specialized areas

We are currently seeking reviewers in, but not limited to, the following areas:

• Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
• Data Science and Big Data Analytics
• Numerical Analysis and Scientific Computing
• Software Engineering
• Cybersecurity
• Computational Modeling and Simulation
• Emerging Technologies including HPC, Blockchain, IoT, and related areas
